A Global Approach

DreamHavens’, and The DreamHavens' Family of Programs bring not only a global approach to fundraising for local non-profit charitable organizations, but also a global approach to the local non-profit charitable organizations themselves. By using local service providers, we enable the entire community to participate and grow in the development of its members. Through education and training, we revitalize the disenfranchised and remember the forgotten segments of our society. We provide for the needs of the community through the coordinated efforts of member charities while we revitalize the lives of our individual members and their families.

By operating within the parameters of United Nations Agenda 21, we provide our corporate and large contributors the opportunity to offer benevolent contributions in support of sustainable development projects. With your help and your contribution to Genus Disbursements, we can make it happen. Together we will make it possible. Together we can change the world.

Ours is a new vision for a Self Extinguishing Feedback Loop designed with global impact in mind. Our purposes are fundraising for, distribution to, and the coordination of local Non-Profit Charitable Organizations and other Member Service Providers to maximize the boost to the economy and the benefit to Mankind. It is our intention to decrease Human suffering and eliminate, in our lifetime, the condition known as Poverty.

The purpose of Genus Disbursements is to raise and distribute funds to local charities working in cooperation with the DreamHavens’ Family of Programs. Genus Disbursements, by raising and providing funds to these organizations, will enable them to focus their energies and efforts on helping others. Charities will be able to spend more of their time helping others while Genus Disbursements raises the funds.

Under the umbrella of DreamHavens’, member charities and service providers will provide skills assessment, education and job training, housing, transportation, health maintenance, and other benefits to individual and family members of the DreamHavens’ Family of Programs. Genus Disbursements will provide an international identity, for fundraising purposes, to charitable organizations throughout the United States and the world. Charities and established organizations currently providing a variety of services to the less fortunate population segment of society classified as the poor or needy recipients will be able to participate.

The ultimate goal of DreamHavens’ is to exhaust the availability of raw materials (the needy, unproductive, forgotten segment of society) and virtually eradicate the presumed necessity of poverty by 2022. DreamHavens’ is working towards the long overdue market correction to the statistical representations of the needy used in Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) calculations for economic development, public finance, international trade, and regional modeling. As an aid to fundraising efforts and to provide a more focused distribution of contributions, Genus Disbursements coordinates the services of member organizations into a family of programs under the brand name of DreamHavens’. The DreamHavens’ brand name provides market familiarity, expansion, and penetration for these charitable services as a standard package to revitalize recipients into viable consumers. In both fundraising and media promotion of the DreamHavens’ brand name, this package approach establishes a quantifiable product-to-result relationship eligible as an investment with the associated tax credits available.

DreamHavens’ is the contact organization for potential recipients, charities, and contributors via extensive use of newsprint, television, and radio advertisement in the primary media markets throughout the United States and the World. These media markets are demographic territories designated as primary by the broadcast media industry. Initially, coordinators for Genus Disbursements, DreamHavens’, and The DreamHavens’ Family of Programs will have offices located in these markets. Additionally, corporate contributors seeking compliance with United Nations Agenda 21 will be informed that funds provided to Genus Disbursements are eligible to be included as benevolent contributions in support of sustainable development projects.

The DreamHavens’ Family of Programs is designed to educate its members and, through this education, to enable them to realize the sense of security, future, and purpose in their lives, to overcome past hardships, and to become economically viable consumers. Prior to enrolling in the DreamHavens’ Family of Programs, potential recipients will be interviewed to determine compatibility with our recipient eligibility profile. After enrollment, recipients will be introduced to new and complementary life skills designed to assist them in achieving their full potential. We anticipate greater than 90% of recipients will excel as quickly as possible through vigorous pursuit of their revitalization. We also anticipate the worldwide effect of these viable consumers to provide economic stimulation to the U.S. and world economies.

The DreamHavens’ Family of Programs is designed to achieve these results within six (6) months of enrollment. Through prudent placement of funds and advertisement investment in the primary media markets alone, a cumulative 25% decrease in local poverty can be realized within 5 years. This decrease is net of economic increases in the middle and upper income consumer markets from revitalized recipients. The final result is an overall benefit to the world economy by lowering overall governmental expenditures for poverty while increasing economic stability through growth in the private and consumer sectors.

The Dream Havens’ Family of Programs is made up of several individual programs, all of which combine to deliver a sense of hope and independence to recipients. The DreamHavens’ Family of Programs is designed to work together and assist recipients who have otherwise been forestalled in their life’s progression.

The mission of the DreamHavens’ Family of Programs is to provide the education and skill training required to overcoming and cope with these challenges and for recipients to become confident and able to provide for themselves.

Genus Disbursements is seeking $2.4 Billion in initial contributions to establish DreamHavens’ and The DreamHavens’ Family of Programs. During the first phase, $200 Million will be designated to each of the twelve (12) proposed primary locations worldwide with 50% to 80% of these funds used for the acquisition and development of real property for the various programs. Once established, enrollments into the DreamHavens’ Family of Programs can begin immediately.

Note: DreamHavens’ and the DreamHavens’ Family of Programs are designed to be Sustainable Projects. Once established, they will provide for their own operational expenses through education, mentoring, and other characteristics of design. All of the Member Service Providers in the DreamHavens’ Family of Programs who are not charities are expected to use 25% to 50% of their potential productivity for revenue generation in the commercial market place as continued funding support for the programs.DreamHavens’ is a not-for-profit organization and brand name for a family of programs presented in a package format. DreamHavens’ is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) providing for the needs of the community through the activities of member charities and service providers organized in a coordinated plan designed to revitalize enrollees. Under the umbrella of DreamHavens’, member charities and service providers will provide skills assessment, education and job training, housing, transportation, health maintenance, and other benefits to individual and family recipients.
